I was curious what ink works best when you're coloring an image stamp.. I always run into a problem when I'm coloring with my copics that my ink runs into my color.. I would love any suggestions..  Continue

April said that Michael's will be carrying the Copics.  I'm curious as to what state that is in and if anyone knows if all Michael's will be carrying them or only those is major areas.

OOOPS... I use Staz On when I am painting and I use Memento on Copic cardstock when I am going to color with Copics.

I do love my copics!  ... I love to paint though.. !!  I'm convinced that there will be Copics, Americana Acrylic paints and brushes in heaven... and a great big sled for me to paint!

i've just started collecting the Copics, but still haven't used them.  I went through Cutter's creek and joined the copic club.  6 pens a month for 6 months.. it make's it easier to buy them in small increments.  Once I haven a nice collection, i want to take the Copic coloring class at my LSS

I went straight in and got Sets A & B. (There are 72 in each set).

I find these two sets are ample for me. I would suggest getting a set of 36 at least if funds are tight. There will be enough in there to enable you to blend some colours.

(Don't forget to download the Copic chart I linked to in a previous post).

I would LOVE to get Copic Sketch markers, but they are WAY too expensive over here!!

I want to try Copics and I am excited that Michael's will start selling them.  I have been saving up and was ready to jump in and buy the entire set, but think I should try to do it a little at the time instead of my usual all at once approach :)

I need to try some Copics. Everyone seem to rant about them. Any suggestions on getting started with them?

Doris, don't give up! You Tube has a wealth of tutorials to help you.

(They helped me). Our Lorie has made one or two also!

Just type something like 'Copic colouring' and you will find hundreds of 'em. xx
