Comment by Vivienne on June 24, 2011 at 11:49am I went straight in and got Sets A & B. (There are 72 in each set).
I find these two sets are ample for me. I would suggest getting a set of 36 at least if funds are tight. There will be enough in there to enable you to blend some colours.
(Don't forget to download the Copic chart I linked to in a previous post).
I would LOVE to get Copic Sketch markers, but they are WAY too expensive over here!!
Comment by April on June 24, 2011 at 11:14am I want to try Copics and I am excited that Michael's will start selling them. I have been saving up and was ready to jump in and buy the entire set, but think I should try to do it a little at the time instead of my usual all at once approach :)
I need to try some Copics. Everyone seem to rant about them. Any suggestions on getting started with them?
Comment by Vivienne on June 21, 2011 at 1:04am Doris, don't give up! You Tube has a wealth of tutorials to help you.
(They helped me). Our Lorie has made one or two also!
Just type something like 'Copic colouring' and you will find hundreds of 'em. xx
