Yes, I have the eclips. I've only done a few cuts with it so far. I'll dust it off this weekend and make some intricate cuts and  post some pics along with my feedback. Thanks for reminding me I own one!  LOL!

Thats nice ur going to dust yuurs off!!! I have the cricut series,and just want something different an maybe better!!I watched all the video an am impressed,but I ordered it Mar 26th an it just hasent arrived at Oh My Crafts yet!!! Today they sent me the ecal (sure cuts alot for the eclips and 3 cartridges I ordered an the extra mats I also ordered!!! All Im missing is the machine!!! worse than waiting for Christmas as a little child!!!The machine was only$202 with $15 shiping an the carts were $18.74 a piece...good deals..I love the cards on this site ,I recentlt bought the knomes ,they r 2 adorable!!!

I have all of the Cricut machines as well. I'm a gadget hoarder. Hee hee. I only have about 4 cartridges for the eclips. I didn't know there was an ecal software out. That's exciting! I'm going to have to look into it. The eclips is fun to play with. Its like playing with a Video game controller LOL! I'm still learning. I don't do well with instructions....I usually like to just plug in and start playing around. That's how I learn best. But I think I'll check out a few tutorials on this machine. When you are so used to the circuits, it's hard to keep an open mind and learn something new. Now I'm excited to play with it this weekend! Enjoy that crop!

Well I love video games so that was part of the appeal!!! lol The ecal software was designed by craftedge related some how to sizzix,I think it just was available late last fall,thats what I have been doing all day watching the videos on craftedge about the ecal (same as sure cuts alot) only for the eclips!!  The videos are giving details and examples of each an every key an item on the ecal mat...Quite a few ,that baby can do everything you can think of!!! MOre than cricut craft room...Its got alot of its own graphics,an u probably know u can download svg files from the internet plus all fonts from ur pc are useable....The guy whos doing the video is doing a great job,takes his times an shows u twice!!!  Im pretty sure ur eclips had an amazing update called number 2 did u get it???? I hope u deide to try it!! Ill give u a better update when I "FINALLY" get my machine!!! I love gadgets too!!! but I get bored fast!!!

Oh I forgot to mention!!!!  I won todays prize on Sizzix blog!!!! Yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oval scallop dies an lots of glue dots !!! I never won before an usually do a lot of comments on sites I just did it last nite so when I saw the email that said I won today ,I about had a heart attack!!! lol  you can see winner on their blog an the prize, they r doing it every day for a week or more!!! go try it!!!

Thanks for sharing all of this info!  I have an extremely busy weekend and hope to find some time to watch a tutorial.  I haven't been on the sizzix site in years.  I'll have to pop in and see whats new.  I bore easily too, which is the reason why I own way too much stuff.  Two Expressions, Two Baby Bugs, the E2, the Imagine, the Gypsy, a Big Kick, Grand Calibur, Cuttlebug...the list goes on and on.  I just love my gadgets!  Oh...I also own a Silhouette.  It's an older model, but works great.  Now I'm itching to take them all out and play.  Congrats on your win!

Well the crop went well!! Did 2 pages an a mini album kit.  Made 2 cards ,one was  very slow moving with MANY layers brayed card....I think we used a ton of ink,but the card looks like sombody who knew what they were doing painted it!! Has a moon & a bird sitting on a branch, almost like in a misty woods or field........What!! don't u have a "Vagabond?"....lol I do   lol  I have an expression ,an e2, an Imagine,a gypsy,a big kick an a grand calibur, no way I could resist that on HSN with the Grand that came free with it, I also have the original with the rollers!!(purple) got it for working for MARCO PAPERS at a stamp convention,(in Pittsburgh)  that was when they were called dies not nestabilities!!! lol No silhouette or ecraft....Just waitin for the ECLIPS!!!...thanks for the congrats ,didnt win anything at the crop..

Well, Jean, I dug out the Eclips and made a few very simple cuts.  I'm going to have to take some time to learn this machine.  I forgot it had that whole keyboard thing and when I slid the top of the controller up to reveal it, I nearly had a heart attack!  VERY intimidating!  LOL!  But I did manage to squeeze out a card, so my efforts weren't totally wasted.  When do you expect to receive your machine?

Margie ,there are 5 or six great videos on utube by kevin (somebody) an a blond lady, I think they were made by Oh My Crafts , any how they go into every button on the machine,an the instructions for everything is on the bottom of the screen...looks easy & fun to me!! I have watched the videos several times.....Oh my crafts said they had a transit delay,but r expecting the machines this week....they been saying something similiar since March 26....I got the machine for $202 plus $15 shipping an cant find it anywhere for less or Id fight to get my money back....How long have u had urs??

Thanks for the YouTube info! I've had my machine since it first came out. I see they now have so many more cartridges for it, so I'm excited about that. I really do need to learn all of the features and then I'll consider buying more cartridges. Have you received your machine yet?

It FINALLY shipped on Monday,this morning the ups info says it arrived in Illinois at 7:09 this morning,is due to arrive Monday,was hoping for FRI.....oh well,ive been playing around with the ecal,and bought some svgs and I cant wait to try several of those,I also have some cartridges because I was buying those while waiting for the machine to ship. lol There were some great deals on amazon and omcrafts!!!
